The president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has invited Japanese firms to invest in his country. According to Kagame, Rwanda is open to different modalities and types of investments. This call came from the Rwandan president, in Tokyo at the Rwanda-Japan business forum on the second day of his official visit to Japan.
