Stop Further Investigations on the Finances of Benue State Govt. Court tells EFCCThe Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the Economic Financial and Crimes Commission (EFCC) to stop further investigations on the finances of the Benue State Government. The Court which was presided by Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, gave the order on Monday, warned that parties should not take further steps that would destroy the subject matter of the court.
