Allegations military takes over office
After nearly four months of protesting on the streets demanding for a change by the Sudanese citizens, the Sudan military has finally moved to action by ousting its president, Omar Hassan al-Bashir, the ousting however sprung up joy in the hearts of the many protesters who had packed themselves outside the military headquarters in Khartoum. The President apart from being ousted was also arrested and kept in a safe prison, says the military officer, Omar Hassan al-Bashir had been in power for over 3 decades and this has brought about poor management, corruption and injustice to the nation. The military however has stated that it would oversee the affairs of the nation for a period of two years after which fresh election would be conducted.
