The Trump administration may now further the definition of gender to involve only the person’s biology, thus reversing an action taken by the Obama administration. This was stated in a memo circulated by the department of health and human services, the memo says Federal department defines the standard of biological gender as it is clear grounded in science objective and administrable. Under the proposed change, gender would be defined by what the person is in birth and not what he or she decides later in life.
