Congress Men Agree to Avoid Another Government Shutdown

Democrats in the US Congress have offered to boost the border security spending as they have flashed signs of flexibility as congressional talks begin to aim at resolving standoff, but some congress men are still in doubt as to whether there really is a border security issue. The congress men added that the proposal includes funding to address only real crisis  at the border. It is however, not considered as a border security crisis but a humanitarian one.
