"Construction and manufacturing businesses will be first to reopen" - Gov. Cuomo.
The state of New York in the United States of America, has reported its lowest cases of the novel Coronavirus infection since march 30th 2020. The state plans to begin the reopening of businesses and its economy. The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, while addressing news men said that construction and manufacturing businesses will be the first to reopen and restart after the set date which is may 15th. However, this can only be achieved with certain precautions if cases continue to decline in the region, Governor Cuomo stated. According to Cuomo, the reopening will be in phases. Phase one will be the construction businesses while phase two will be determined by a business by business analysis.
